Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at ShopHotCats.com you have 30 days to exchange or return your items. To make it as easy as possible, you can exchange or return at any HotCats retail location. You will need the invoice received with your package, this is your receipt!

For items that were purchased in any of our HotCats retail stores, you must return the merchandise back to any HotCats store location for exchange only. Our online store cannot accept returns for items purchased in our stores. Only those items purchased online may be returned to the ShopHotCats.com Return Center.

Clothing

All clothing must be unworn with tags attached. It must be unwashed and clean. Free of stains, human hair, pet hair, smoke odor and any other stinky smells.

Shoes

All shoes, including sandals, must be unworn and in original shoe box or packaging with tags attached. They must be in clean, unused condition (inside and out) and free of dirt, gravel, human hair, pet hair, odors, grass stains, road tar or doggie doo.

SHOES THAT HAVE BEEN WORN MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

To try them on you must wear clean socks. Dance around a bit, see if they’re comfortable, just do it on carpet. If they’re too tight, too big or not your style, take them off immediately and put them back in the box!

If you are returning by mail you must use the original packaging and the shoe box must remain free of tape and shipping labels.

Watches

All watches must be unworn and in original packaging. Faces and bands must be free of scratches and other marks. All packaging must be intact and in new condition.

Sunglasses

All sunglass sales are final.

Body Jewelry

All body jewelry sales are final.

Underwear

All underwear sales are final (thank goodness!!)

Swimwear

All swimwear sales are final due to health regulations.

Sale Items

All sales are final on sale items. No returns or exchanges. Hey, you got a great deal, don’t be too upset about this one.

Note: We do not accept C.O.D. packages on return items.

Now that we’re all on the same page and you are ready to mail back your package for a return, please fill out the exchange/return form that was enclosed with your invoice.
